Plas Ifan Terms and Conditions

• Cancellations:
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Bookings must be cancelled 7 days in advance of your arrival date
  • Once a reservation has been made, any changes (such as a reduction of days or changes of dates or change of room type) is deemed a cancellation of the original reservation and as such the deposit is forfeited - the application of it to the altered booking is entirely at our discretion. Changes such as additional days are not deemed cancellations and therefore if the accommodation is available the deposit is carried forward
  • In the event of a 'no show' or a cancellation with less than 7 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged. If you are concerned about the possibility of cancellation you are advised to take out Travel Insurance
• A deposit by Credit, Debit or Charge Card is normally required. Alternatively, cheques can be accepted
• Bookings must be guaranteed by Credit, Debit or Charge Card
• The standard check-in is from 3 pm (15.00), and no later than 8 pm (20.00). For pre-advised and unavoidable arrivals after 20.00, arrangements can be put in place. For arrivals before 3 pm (15.00) luggage can be stored at Plas Ifan
• The check-out for Monday to Friday is before 10.30 am; For Saturday and Sunday the check-out is by 11.00 am. An extended check-out may be available by prior arrangement
• Smoking is strictly not permitted in the bedrooms or in other areas beside the bedrooms
• All guests arriving at Plas Ifan must park their vehicles in the designated areas within the grounds
• Pets. Unfortunately pets are not allowed at Plas Ifan. Sorry!
